Brad Brooks leads Product, Engineering and Marketing at DocuSign as a member of the company’s Executive Staff. He is responsible for driving innovation across the company through customer-focused, data-driven research, product design, development, engineering and technology leadership. Brad also leads the teams that bring those DocuSign innovations to market to empower individuals and companies to make every agreement 100% digital to keep life and business moving forward.
Brad brings more than 25 years of global business leadership experience at enterprise and consumer technology companies to his role at DocuSign. Previously, he served as CMO and SVP of Global Marketing at Juniper Networks, a company with annual revenues in excess of $5B and sales in more than thirty countries. During his time at Juniper, Brad oversaw the launch of a new global marketing campaign and grew the marketing-created pipeline by an annualized 78%.
Brad led product management and marketing with P&L responsibility as Corporate Vice President for Microsoft‘s multi-billion dollar Windows Consumer Business where he oversaw the launch of Windows 7 — the most successful launch in Microsoft's history. Prior to Microsoft, Brad worked at Enron and AT&T Lucent Technologies.
Brad earned his B.S. from California State University and his Masters in International Management from Thunderbird School of Management. Brad, his wife and two daughters live in the Bay Area.
