What are the ticket pricing details?

Register today and save.

  • VIP Early Bird pricing (ended April 30, 2018) was $499
  • Early Bird pricing (ended June 7, 2018) was $599
  • Full Conference price is $699
  • Public Sector Pricing: special Government, Education and Not for Profit ticket pricing is $299 (no additional discounts apply)
  • Developer Pricing is $199 (no additional discounts apply)

Where should I book my lodging, is there a discount, and what is the deadline?

Registered Momentum attendees will receive a discounted nightly rate of Deluxe or Skyline rates of $309 or $339, plus tax, subject to availability. Upon completion of your Momentum registration, you will be prompted to register for hotel accommodations.

What is the cancellation policy?

In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, you must submit your request in writing to momentumregistration@docusign.com. All cancellation requests must include your name and registration confirmation number. Refunds will be provided according to the date requested:

  • All cancellation requests received by May 18, 2018, will receive a full refund minus a $50 administration and transaction fee
  • All cancellation requests received between May 19, 2018 and June 1, 2018 will receive a 50% refund
  • All cancellation requests received after June 2, 2018 are non-refundable

Which track should I attend? Can I attend sessions in other tracks, too?

There will be nearly 100 different sessions to choose from across all tracks. A Momentum Conference Pass allows access to all tracks and all sessions. For detailed information on every session, check-out the Momentum website.

If I am unable to attend, can I transfer my conference pass to a colleague?

Yes, please submit your request in writing to Momentum Registration.

If I can’t attend, can I transfer my hotel reservation to another person?

Hotel reservations are non-transferrable. You’ll need to contact the Hilton Hotel directly to cancel or modify your reservation once it’s been confirmed. Hilton reservations are refundable if cancelled more than 72 hours prior to the confirmed arrival date.

How do I access my registration username or password if I forget them?

Is there an age requirement for the event?

You must be 21 years of age or older to attend.

What is the conference attire?

Business casual to business professional attire is recommended.

Can a list of event registrants be provided?

Due to privacy laws, we are unable to provide an attendee list.

Where can I pick up my badge?

Inside the Hilton San Francisco Union Square at the Momentum Registration Counter, located on the lobby level in the Golden Gate room.

What are my transportation options?

San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is the closest major airport, an easy BART ride or 30-minute drive from downtown; the Oakland International Airport (OAK) is a 40-minute drive over the Bay Bridge.

Are meals included in the cost of registration?

Your full conference pass covers breakfast, lunch and snacks on June 20-21.

What special dietary requirements are accommodated with the meals at the event? How do I submit an ADA request?

Is there a conference shuttle service? Is there parking neat the Hilton?

No conference shuttle service is provided. Parking is available for a fee at the Hilton Hotel parking garage; there are also several parking garages in the Union Square neighborhood.

What’s the weather like in San Francisco?

June is usually a warmer month, but San Francisco’s weather can be unpredictable and packing layers is recommended. Check before you arrive.

What about local restaurants, attractions, entertainment?
