Where should I book my lodging, is there a discount, what is the deadline, and—in case it fills up—what other hotels are recommended?

Registered Momentum attendees will receive a discounted nightly rate of $289/night + tax for a classic room and $309/night + tax for a deluxe room at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square Hotel. Upon completion of your registration, you will be prompted to register for hotel accommodations.

What is the cancellation policy?

In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, you must submit your request in writing to MomentumRegistration@DocuSign.com. All cancellation requests must include your name and registration confirmation number. Refunds will be provided according to the date requested:

  • All cancellation requests received by May 10, 2019, will receive a full refund minus a $50 administration and transaction fee
  • All cancellation requests received between May 10, 2019 and May 24, 2019 will receive a 50% refund
  • All cancellation requests received after May 25, 2019 are non-refundable

Which track should I attend? Can I attend sessions in other tracks, too?

There will be nearly 80 different sessions across all tracks and product training to choose from. A Momentum Conference Pass allows access to all sessions, regardless of track. Product training is open to all registered attendees, except for DocuSign Certification courses which separate registration is required and additional fees apply.

How do I modify my registration?

If I am unable to attend, can I transfer my conference pass to a colleague?

Yes, please submit your request in writing to MomentumRegistration@DocuSign.com.

If I can’t attend, can I transfer my hotel reservation to another person?

Hotel reservations are non-transferrable. You’ll need to contact the Hilton Hotel directly to cancel or modify your reservation once it’s been confirmed. Hilton reservations are refundable if cancelled more than 72 hours prior to the confirmed arrival date.

How do I access my registration username or password if I forget them?

Is there an age requirement for the event?

You must be 21 years of age or older to attend.

What is the conference attire?

Business casual to business professional attire is recommended.

Can a list of event registrants be provided?

Due to privacy laws, we are unable to provide an attendee list.

What are my transportation options?

San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is the closest major airport, an easy BART ride or 30-minute drive from downtown; the Oakland International Airport (OAK) is a 40-minute drive over the Bay Bridge.

Are meals included in the cost of registration?

Your full conference pass covers breakfast, lunch and snacks on June 12-13, 2019.

Is there a conference shuttle service? Is there parking near the Hilton?

No conference shuttle service is provided. Parking is available for a fee at the Hilton Hotel parking garage; there are also several parking garages in the Union Square neighborhood.

What’s the weather like in San Francisco?

June is usually a warmer month, but San Francisco’s weather can be unpredictable and packing layers is recommended. Check before you arrive.
