Helga Susmeyer is an Associate Director at Boehringer Ingelheim, a privately held pharmaceutical company.  With a Paralegal degree, Helga started her working career in a private law firm.  This is where she discovered her fascination with Information Technology, and then pursued an IT position at Boehringer and later received her Master’s Degree in MIS.  In Helga’s 30+ years at Boehringer, she has had the opportunity to learn the many facets of IT, manage staff and apply her knowledge and skills to improve the processes of a large number of diverse business sectors.  Helga was then assigned to support Legal and Compliance in the areas of contracting, Information Governance and eDiscovery.  Helga is a Six Sigma Green Belt, experienced in Project Management and Agile Scrum methodology.  For the past two years, Helga is working in the Global Business Services group to deploy DocuSign throughout the global organization.  You can reach her at Helga.susmeyer@boehringer-ingelheim.com.
