Michelle Short is in her 6th year with DocuSign and is a Sr. Product Trainer for DocuSign University. Michelle has worn many hats on the DocuSign University team. From training customers and partners on our DocuSign Agreement cloud offerings, to engaging with customer’s both pre-sales and post-sale, this has given Michelle a unique skill to thoroughly understand what our customers and partners need to roll out a successful enablement plan. With her well rounded knowledge of consulting, training, and the overall customer experience, she was avid participant in rolling out the new Learning Strategist offering. Aside from her passion of training and enabling customers on our many different offerings, Michelle loves being outdoors, whether it’s skiing, hiking, or running in races, she tries to be active regardless of the season or the weather.  But her favorite activity is lounging at home with her 1.5 year old puppy, Potato.
