Marc has 25 years of Professional Services & Customer Success experience. At Accenture, Marc delivered enterprise-wide CRM solutions to global organizations. Marc built & scaled professional services & support teams in his roles as VP, Client Services at MarketSoft and Global Director, Professional Services at Unica. As VP of Sales and Services at ClearTask, he entered the Salesforce SI ecosystem growing the company into a Platinum partner. When ClearTask was acquired by Perficient, Marc took over as GM of Perficient’s Salesforce practice elevating the organization into the top 10 in Salesforce’s Strategic SI Program (SSI). At DocuSign, Marc is responsible for ensuring a consistent global approach and framework for delivering successful outcomes to DocuSign’s Agreement Cloud customers.
