Tim Kaiser is an accomplished senior attorney with over 20 years of bank regulatory and compliance experience. Prior to joining DocuSign, he held senior in-house positions at Discover Bank, LaSalle National Bank, and Bank of America. He also served as General Counsel and Secretary of Great Western Bancorporation throughout the global financial crisis, where he helped the organization more than double in size while financial institutions across the world were struggling to survive. Since the early days of his career in the US Navy JAG Corps, Mr. Kaiser has led teams of legal professionals help their clients navigate some of the most complex, regulated environments imaginable.

Mr. Kaiser’s leadership includes serving as the Chief Counsel to the Bank of America Chicago Marathon for over a decade, and Chairman of the Private Education Loan and Consumer Finance Committee of the National Council of Higher Education Resources. He currently is the Vice Chairman and Board member of the Electronic Signature & Records Association. Mr. Kaiser volunteers regularly with Feed My Starving Children, has volunteered and lectured with Lawyers in the Classroom, served as a coach and moderator for low-income high school moot court events, and helped draft crucial estate planning documents for Northern Illinois police departments through Wills for Heroes.
