Luis is a Manager of Enterprise Information Management for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and has over 19 years of diversified experience working on software development projects, including Open Text ECM, SharePoint and DocuSign deployments and support. Luis’s experience includes 12 years of IT project management experience in large scale, cross functional, multi-system environments. Luis has served as team lead for the administration and application support of EIM environments, and managed all aspects of the system development life cycle. He also has unique experiences architecting business solutions and coordinating with stakeholders on implementation and managed software projects.
