Carol has held executive level positions in software development and IT operations, with a background in finance. Carol is currently Vice President of Technical Services at ASGN Incorporated and Oxford Global Resources. For the past 11 years she has been responsible for the management of all internal IT & Cybersecurity needs for the ASGN business and provides IT leadership for enterprise initiatives, technology and applications. Prior to ASGN Incorporated, Carol spent 12+ years as Vice President Data Center Operations and other executive IT leadership positions at Digital Insight, an Intuit Company.

Carol and her family live in Oak Park, California. She and her husband have 7 children and 2 grandchildren. Carol earned her master’s degree in Information Technology Management from Western Governor’s University. She holds information technology certifications including PMP and CISSP.
