Jamie is Global Leader of Genesys’ Legal Department Operations and Senior Legal Director for Latin America. He is a seasoned contract negotiator and business advisor with more than 20 years’ experience leading contracting teams, structuring, drafting and negotiating a wide range of licensing, sale and services agreements with customers and channel partners, and designing contracting and deal review processes and policies to accomplish sales objectives and manage enterprise risks. Additionally, he is responsible for all legal matters of the Latin America region and on the regional leadership team on day-to-day operations of the business.
