As a business analyst at Harvey Nash Inc., Stephen Lanham has provided services to the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family (CHFS) for the last eight years. His original focus was helping with the case management and document management systems used by CHFS. However, after COVID-19 hit, he has become the lead administrator and solutions developer for DocuSign in CHFS. Currently Steve and his team support 25 different projects in 13 different agencies.

Before CHFS, Lanham worked as a contract business analyst for an insurance firm and the Louisville, Kentucky, Metropolitan Sewer District. He also worked as a software developer, IT manager, and documentation/training manager at UPS in Louisville, Kentucky, and as a software developer, trainer, and technical writer at Intergraph Corporation in Huntsville, Alabama.
