Richard is the leader of Aon’s electronic signature center of excellence. He leads all efforts of integrating DocuSign globally including strategic alignment and tactical implementation. We have over 7,000 colleagues in 60+ countries using DocuSign.
Richard is passionate about delivering client service excellence and operational efficiency.
Richard holds a BA in Political Science from Victoria University of Wellington. Prior to joining Aon in Chicago, he worked within the financial Services industry in London and Singapore.
