Sarah Thomas is the Director of Donor Services at NC State, where she oversees the operations of gift agreements, naming opportunities, endowment reporting, the distinguished professorship program and gift acceptance. Prior to joining NC State, Sarah was the Project Manager of Gift Management at the University of Houston. Her focus was on process improvement, implementing large projects and policy creation. She has more than 15 years of non-profit and more than five years of higher education experience and has worked with the following companies: Girl Scouts, Camp Fire USA, American Red Cross, University of Alaska Anchorage, University of Houston and NC State. She holds a bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology from Baylor University and has completed graduate coursework in Applied Cultural Anthropology.
