1- Do I need to be vaccinated against COVID-19 to attend Momentum?

No. In accordance with San Francisco’s Health Orders, in-person attendees have the option of submitting proof of up-to-date vaccination or having tested negative for COVID-19. If you prefer to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test, you must submit proof that you have had a negative COVID-19 test taken within 24 hours (for approved antigen testing) or 48 hours (for PCR tests) before entry into the facility.
Self-administered antigen tests are not acceptable for pre-admission testing.

 

2- What vaccinations are acceptable in order to comply with the San Francisco health order?

DocuSign will comply with the San Francisco Health Orders that govern mega-events like Momentum. As such, you may provide proof of vaccination from any of the vaccinations recognized by WHO. See the WHO website for more information. Please see the San Francisco’s Health order for more information.

 

3- What does it mean to be “Up-to-Date on Vaccination”?

“Up-to-Date on Vaccination” means two weeks after completing the full initial course of vaccination with a vaccine authorized to prevent COVID-19 by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) or the World Health Organization (WHO) (also defined as being Fully Vaccinated). Please see the San Francisco’s Health order for more information.

 

4- What does “Fully Vaccinated” or “Full Vaccination mean?

“Fully Vaccinated” and “Full Vaccination” mean two weeks after completing the entire recommended initial series of vaccination with a vaccine authorized to prevent COVID-19 by the FDA or WHO. For example, an individual is fully vaccinated two weeks after receiving their second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine, or two weeks after receiving the single dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. 5- What proof of Full Vaccination against COVID-19 is accepted in order to attend Momentum?

The following are acceptable as proof of Full Vaccination:

  • the CDC vaccination card, which includes name of person vaccinated, type of vaccine provided, and date last dose administered, or similar documentation issued by another foreign governmental jurisdiction
  • a photo of a vaccination card as a separate document
  • a photo of the a vaccination card stored on a phone or electronic device
  • documentation of vaccination from a healthcare provider
  • a personal digital COVID-19 vaccine record issued by the State of California available here or similar documentation issued by another State, local, or foreign governmental jurisdiction, or by an approved private company (a list of approved companies offering digital vaccine verification is available here).

NOTE: The name and date of birth on your proof of Full Vaccination must match your government issued ID.

6- Will everyone attending the event in-person in San Francisco have to provide proof of Full Vaccination against COVID-19?

No. To be admitted to the event venue, in-person attendees must comply with San Francisco's Health Orders and provide proof, before entering the facility, of either:
a) being Up-to-Date on Vaccination
or
b) having had a negative COVID-19 Test taken within 24 hours (for antigen tests) or 48 hours (for PCR tests) before entry into the facility.

Self-administered antigen tests are not acceptable for pre-admission testing.

 

7- Can I attend Momentum in person with proof of a negative COVID-19 test instead of proof of vaccination against COVID-19?

Yes. You can provide proof of having had a negative COVID-19 Test taken within 24 hours (for antigen tests) or 48 hours (for PCR tests) before entry into the facility.

12- What is the last day I can receive a vaccination to be eligible to attend Momentum in person?

Fully Vaccinated against COVID-19 means 2 weeks after a second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer, Moderna, or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s vaccine. March 21, 2022 is the deadline to be fully vaccinated.

 

13- Will I have to wear a mask while attending Momentum?

Once inside Momentum, it is strongly recommended to wear a well-fitting mask but it is not required.

 

14- Will I be required to maintain a 6-foot distance from other attendees?

You will not be required to maintain 6-foot distancing from others during the event. However, attendees are encouraged to maintain 6-foot distancing from others when possible.

 

15- What else is being done to keep attendees safe?

The Hilton San Francisco Union Square will provide additional cleaning of high touch points regularly throughout the day. In addition, conference/meeting room capacities have been limited to offer more space to attendees.

16- Are there any accommodations or exceptions to the requirement that in-person attendees be Up-to-Date on Vaccination or providing proof of having had a negative COVID-19 test taken within one day (for antigen tests) or two days (for PCR tests) before entry into the facility.

No. The San Francisco City Health Order does not provide for any accommodations or exceptions at Mega Events.
