Dea Allgood is a Principal Customer Success Architect for DocuSign. In this role, she partners with key, strategic customers that have deployments of massive and global scale. She consults marquee customers in using DocuSign best practices in both business and technical implementations. She is a thought leader on designing Centers of Excellence, including writing several white papers and conducting seminars on the subject.
