Jess O’Connor is a Senior Customer Success Manager based in the Bay Area. Jess has supported some of Docusign's largest Docusign Agreement Customers for the past 4 years on the west coast with a focus on technology companies.  Jess has a strong focus and expertise in change management, governance, and building out digital center of excellence for her customers. In Jess's free time, she is a mom to a spunky-loving 1.5-year-old daughter and enjoys exploring the outdoors in her new neighborhood in Marin.
