Jim Klak is a senior vice president currently leading Contract Lifecycle and Information Management within Enterprise Operations.  Jim is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. A financial services leader for over 30 years, Jim has held positions of increasing responsibilities across many of the operating functions found in both the consumer and commercial banking areas, key leadership roles for support functions in risk, data, business process, operations, finance, and technology, as well as COO/CAO accountabilities within various business lines.
