Through her senior leadership roles with brands such as Adobe, Qlik, and Symantec, Kim brings 20+ years of experience creating and implementing best practices that ensure value. She shares her industry expertise and insights through bodies such as the TSIA Customer Success Advisory Board and the Customer Experience Roundtable.
