I’ve worked for Lincoln Financial Group for 15 + years with Group Benefits prior to my time with Lincoln I worked in the hospitality industry. I’ve been leading the RFP unit for the past 6 years. Leading the RFP Team is challenging as we continue to figure out ways to stay ahead of the trends and technology. I have a high performing team that is constantly pushing themselves to be better than they were the day before. I was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska and I’ve stayed close to my home base. I’m married and we have two boys ages 8 and 2 that keep us very busy. Outside of work I love spending time with our families. We enjoy riding bikes as a family and kayaking. We also love to travel, and our favorite summer vacation spot is Grand Haven, Michigan where my husband is from.
