He is responsible for delivering strategy and organizational change management engagements for clients in both international and domestic markets. Carlos specializes in business transformation services with a core focus on CRM and CLM strategic planning, process improvements and end user usage and adoption. Carlos and his Advisory team help clients implement and effectively utilize CRM & CLM cloud solutions through operational excellence at every stage of the business transformation lifecycle.
