Sandra Bell is the Vice President of Enterprise Transformation at M&T Bank. Over the past 20 years, she has successfully delivered over 50 large IT projects for Fortune 500 companies. At M&T Bank, she established the DocuSign Enterprise Center of Excellence and partners with key leaders across the enterprise to identify, prioritize, execute, and manage process improvements and efficiency gains. Sandra’s passion is project management, and her personal motto is “I Never Give Up.” Sandra is based in New York and holds an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology.
