Natalia started at Amgen in 2016 at the AML site in Juncos, Puerto Rico supporting manufacturing processes for AML14 as a Sr Associate Mfg Execution Systems. In 2019, she transferred to the Amgen Capability Center in Tampa, Florida, as a Sr Associate Systems Analyst where she has led the DocuSign Product team as Business Owner and led other teams to align with quality and compliance through deviation management.
Natalia holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico – Mayagüez campus and a Master’s in Engineering Management from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico.
