Nicki is the Director of Enterprise Applications at KORE Wireless, where she is responsible for the systems & application architecture as well as the innovation & implementation of all Enterprise Applications.  In addition, Nicki is a Certified Salesforce Administrator and the DocuSign & DocuSign CLM Administrator within KORE.  Nicki, and the Enterprise Applications Team at KORE, are always striving to provide a frictionless user experience, utilizing empathy mapping and design thinking.
