What is Momentum?

Momentum is the global, annual DocuSign event where organizations of every type and size meet to talk about the shift towards necessary and achievable automation. When is Momentum?

This year, Momentum in North America will include an in-person event on April 4-5 in San Francisco and a digital event on April 5.

How do I view the keynote and breakout sessions remotely?

There are several ways to access the live stream of the keynote and attend individual digital breakout sessions.

The full session catalog is on momentum.docusign.com.

Please note: You must be registered to participate.

If you’re already registered:

Go to momentum.docusign.com

  • Click “Sign in” anytime to view sessions
  • Use your password created when you registered

If you’re not registered:

Go to momentum.docusign.com

  • Click “Register now” button to register and create a login
  • Then click “Sign in” to view all sessions and build or edit your session agenda

Once you’re registered and signed in, you can:

  1. Access your personal event agenda
  2. Edit or add sessions to your agenda
  3. Join any session live or on demand

You’re welcome to stream any session you like, even if it’s not on your event agenda.

How can I view on-demand sessions?

After the live event, each digital session recording will be available on-demand to view at your convenience and share with colleagues. Every registered Momentum participant will receive a link to the digital recordings.

How do I book my hotel if I'm attending Momentum in person?

When you complete your event registration, you’ll be prompted to register for hotel accommodations. Momentum 2022 takes place at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square and registered Momentum attendees receive a discounted nightly rate.

The deadline to book a room at the discounted rate is March 25, 2022, subject to availability. Our hotel block sells out every year, so don’t delay.

What do I need to know about health safety and vaccination requirements if I’m attending Momentum in person?

The San Francisco health order has been updated and no longer requires attendees at mega events to show proof of vaccine or proof of negative COVID-19 test. We will continue to align with this order. As such, Momentum attendees are strongly encouraged, but not required, to be tested or vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to attending the event.  Visit the City of San Francisco Health Order for more details. 

How do I cancel my registration?

If you need to cancel your in person registration, please email momentum@docusign.com - once your in person registration is canceled, you will be automatically enrolled in the digital experience.

If you booked a hotel room, you will need to contact the hotel directly to cancel your reservation.

How do I switch from In-person attendance to Digital attendance?

If you registered for the in person experience and can no longer attend, please email momentum@docusign.com and let us know. You will be automatically enrolled in the digital experience.
